I have all the required specs for this game except one. I have 1.0 ghz
processor and the game requires a 1.4 ghz processor, will I still be able
the game or with the make it so I can't play the game.

Remember the specs you're quoting are the MINIMUM specs for the game so I
would expect it either to not install at all or play so slowly that you
can't actually do anything useful.
